Session Sizes
Private One on One Yoga Sessions
Rebecca accepts a maximum of two participants for private one on one yoga sessions at the current rates provided. For added participants expect to add on $20+tax per participant thereafter.
Private Group Yoga Sessions
Rebecca accepts a maximum of 20 participants for private group sessions at the current rates provided. For added participants expect to add on $5+tax per participant thereafter.
Logistics and Timing
Yoga sessions are scheduled for 60-minute increments. Rebecca will take some time for her assessment at the beginning as well as time at the end for feedback and decompression. Please allow for up to 75-minutes of space in your day for this offering.
All sessions include one free 30-45min initial consultation to determine needs, wants, goals of private yoga sessions, etc.
Booking Confirmation
Classes must be paid in full to confirm booking.
Refunds
Private One on One Yoga
All sessions are non-refundable and must be used within one year of purchase date.
If you find yourself unable to use your sessions, you are welcome to transfer the remaining sessions to a loved one who may benefit from them.
Private Group Yoga
All sessions are non-refundable and must be used within one year of purchase date.
Sessions are non-transferable.
Rescheduling Sessions
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start time of the session. Rescheduled sessions may only be affected via email.
Late Sessions
All sessions start and end on time. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your session.
Missed Sessions
Aside from personal emergencies, if you do not attend your scheduled session, you will be charged the full rate.
Injuries
Yoga asana is a safe & effective form of energetic movement. However, it is required that you take full responsibility for your own practice in class. It is your responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a health care professional and to make Rebecca aware of any medical conditions, complications or physical limitations before class. You must agree to honour your body by adjusting the practice according to your own capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs. The practitioner assumes all responsibility for physical injury as a result of engaging in yoga sessions and/or other sessions with Rebecca regardless of location (online or in person).
When practicing in online classes, please adapt in ways suitable for you, take breaks as you need, practice in a safe space and should you feel unwell or feel pain, stop immediately and seek advice from a medical professional. If in doubt about a pose or sequence, do not participate. It is recommended to refrain from eating 2 hours before the session and ensure you are hydrated 2 hours before the session commences.
If you are participating in online private one-on-one yoga sessions, you are doing so at your own risk. Every movement you make is of your own volition.
Rebecca is not a medical professional and will offer no medical advice or diagnosis.
Facilities
Private yoga sessions take place in your space or Rebecca’s space. Although it is highly recommended you purchase your own, Rebecca can provide a limited quantity of mats for those who do not have one (or until you have had time to purchase your own). Rebecca provides music and yoga props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters if desired.
During my public group sessions there are mats, blocks, straps and bolsters available. All venues which I teach in have access to bathroom and changing facilities.
Beach Yoga practitioners are expected to bring their own mat or towel to the beach. Rebecca does not provide any mats or props at these sessions.
