where are in person private yoga classes hosted?
Hosted in person in my space or at your location of choice (standard mileage rates apply if outside of North Bay and West Nipissing.)
Make it fun! Can be in your living room or mine, at the beach, on the grass in the park or somewhere special to you.
what to bring
I encourage you to pack light if possible but please bring:
a mat (limited spare mats are available to borrow in person)
water bottle
wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in (layers are a great idea).
all props (blocks, straps & bolsters) are provided in person but if you prefer to bring your own/need anything specific you're welcome to bring it
when should i arrive for an in person private session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your private session is scheduled to begin so you have time to settle into the space--especially if it’s your first time working with me.
do you offer discounted rates for seniors, full-time students or low-income households?
If budget is a barrier to accessing these services please send me an email and we can discuss options. I do my best to make my services available to all income levels.
i am not flexible…
I have definitely heard that before! Lack of flexibility is the perfect reason to dive into yoga! Honestly, don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes yet, balance and flexibility come with time. Yoga is more about how it makes you feel than how you look anyway.
